NAK Parts Feeder

Overview

The nak-vibration feeders operate with compensation of vibration forces, that means the vibration forces are balanced inside the appliance.

The compensation of vibration forces results from the principle of counter vibration..

Properties and advantages of the compensation of vibratory forces:

  • - vibration forces are balanced in the basic appliance

  • - reduction of transmission of vibratory forces

  • - defined and fixed interfaces toward assembly facility through compensation of torque in the linear feeder

  • - flexible adjustment to specific feeding problems by variation of feeding-specific parameters like spring angle and rigidity of spring

  • - omission of heavy countermasses results in lower weight of basic appliances and saving of energy
  • - consequent modular-design principle in segmental construction

Vibratory Drive Units

NAK has developed the following four series of vibratory drive units, each of which is designed for different applications, depending on the size and material of work pieces.
KWF-series
Complete substructure for KWF
AWF-series

Bowls

All feeding bowls can be obtained in polyamid or aluminum. Polyamid is subject to less wear and causes significantly less noise than aluminum.
Feeding bowls of polyamid are especially suitable for tempered and sharpedged parts.
NAK bowl series are as follow:
PT without helix
PT with standard helix

Vibratory Linear Feeders

The linear feeders KLF are based upon a novel construction and operation principle, that eliminates not only the vibration forces but also the vibrational-torsional and tipping momentums in the appliance itself.
NAK vibratory linear feeder's series are as follow:
KLF-series
LF-series

Control Devices

With nak-controlers you can exactly set - combined with a light barrier or an initiator - the feeding performance and the buffer capacities of helix and linear feeders.

Stand

NAK has developed the following series of stands: SF-A
SF-B
SF-C
SF-D

Centrifuge

The nak – centrifuge is predestined for the feeding of small and micro parts; determined by the maximal air gap of 0,2 mm between turntable and outer ring.
